📋 Description

• Own book-versus-physical inventory accuracy targets across all global nodes • Identify, quantify, and remediate inventory loss throughout the supply chain • Execute the global cycle count cadence strategy • Oversee counts and audit protocols across facilities and 3PL partners • Own the inventory adjustment governance model • Drive cross-functional root-cause analysis of systemic variances • Maintain SOX-compliant inventory controls, including approval thresholds, adjustment audit trails, and segregation of duties • Reduce unresolved adjustment volume quarter over quarter using measurable targets • Ensure WMS inventory records accurately reflect physical reality • Partner with technology and operations teams to close WMS data-integrity gaps, latency issues, and process breakdowns • Author and maintain global inventory control SOPs, policies, procedures, escalation paths, and training frameworks • Drive consistent execution across domestic and international nodes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in inventory control, fulfillment operations, or supply chain at a high-volume retailer, e-commerce operator, or logistics company • Experience maintaining SOX compliance for inventory processes, including control documentation and coordination with internal/external audit • Deep WMS expertise, including configuring, auditing, and troubleshooting WMS inventory records • Proven ability to build global or multi-site SOPs from scratch and drive adoption across distributed teams • Strong analytics literacy, including SQL, spreadsheet reconciliation modeling, and interpreting inventory data • Experience managing 3PL relationships and holding external partners accountable • Successful completion of a background check is required • Preferred: Experience operating across international fulfillment nodes (APAC, EMEA, or global 3PL networks) • Preferred: Familiarity with a variety of WMS platforms • Preferred: Background in audit, finance-adjacent inventory controls, or shrink investigation
