📋 Description

• Participate in the 24-month program with two 12-month development assignments in different Supply Chain field and corporate functions • Gain exposure to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Ingredient Merchandising & Sourcing, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement across Land O’Lakes divisions • Complete formal training, work assignments, strategic projects, career development, networking opportunities, and community service • Navigate challenging, diverse, and high-visibility assignments spanning the entire Supply Chain with executive sponsorship • Become eligible for key Supply Chain & Operations roles upon successful program completion, based on business needs, career interests, and aptitude

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or an accredited undergraduate program • December 2026 or May 2027 graduate and recent graduate with less than 2 years of experience • Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry related clubs • Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes internship program • Willingness to relocate and travel
