📋 Description
• Define and lead the global inventory strategy • Lead planning governance model and SAP planning governance • Establish master data policy • Drive network optimization and global planning standards • Lead and develop a high-performing COE team • Partner with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives • Drive service performance, working capital optimization, and operational excellence across a global footprint
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related field • 10+ years’ experience in supply chain leadership roles • Expert knowledge of SAP planning systems • Experience leading global transformation initiatives using change management models • Experience managing and developing teams • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization • APICS or similar certification
