📋 Description

• Assume deal ownership post-sale, from logo approval through invoicing, delivery, and issue resolution • Track and update project progress in the B2B operations tracker • Share timely updates with clients and Account Executives • Finalize customization details and communicate delivery timelines • Manage approval workflows with clients and internal teams • Resolve client support requests involving sample returns, shipping, tracking, missing or damaged items, and expediting requests • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce tasks • Propose solutions that enhance client experience • Communicate proactively with customers on all issues and follow through on commitments • Partner with Account Executives throughout the order-to-delivery lifecycle to support deal closure and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms to track client data, order status, and communication history; HubSpot preferred • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with distinct approaches • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Extremely detail-oriented with ability to operate with a sense of urgency • Customer service oriented and customer obsessed—committed to exceeding expectations at every touchpoint • Customer experience or customer-facing background preferred • Exposure to apparel, decoration, manufacturing, or promotional products industry preferred • Must be based in California, Washington, Oregon, or Nevada
