📋 Description

• Design and deliver Microsoft security solutions for customer projects • Lead security architecture, design, and implementation activities • Translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure solutions • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM • Conduct security assessments, architecture reviews, and gap analyses • Create security strategies, architecture diagrams, technical designs, and implementation plans • Apply Zero Trust principles across identity, data, cloud, and endpoint security • Collaborate with project teams and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Provide guidance on compliance, Microsoft Copilot, and AI security and governance • Mentor consultants and contribute to security standards and reusable delivery assets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security architecture • Strong experience designing and implementing Microsoft security solutions • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview • Deep understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, data protection, and cloud security • Experience translating security and compliance requirements into technical solutions • Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 • Experience developing architecture documentation, implementation plans, and technical designs • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI governance, and emerging AI security considerations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong consulting, communication, and customer-facing skills • US citizenship or Green Card holder status authorized to work in the US • Microsoft certifications such as SC-100, AZ-500, SC-300, or SC-400 (desired) • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, or similar certifications (desired) • Experience leading Microsoft security modernization or Zero Trust initiatives (desired) • Experience with Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Identity Governance, DLP, and Information Protection (desired) • Experience securing Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workloads (desired) • Sponsorship is unavailable
