β€’ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with deal sizes of $50K - $250K+ β€’ Actively build and manage pipeline across brokerages, carriers, MGAs, TPAs β€’ Drive new logo acquisition focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts β€’ Conduct consultative discovery to uncover workflow challenges β€’ Lead product demonstrations tailored to technical and business stakeholders β€’ Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving IT, Legal, Compliance β€’ Maintain accurate forecasting in Attio CRM β€’ Represent Qumis at tier-1 industry conferences β€’ Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams β€’ Provide market intelligence by synthesizing competitive insights

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in either P&C insurance or Enterprise B2B SaaS sales β€’ Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota β€’ Hunter mentality thriving on generating pipeline and closing new logos β€’ Experience selling to VP/C-level buyers β€’ Strong business acumen with ability to build ROI models β€’ Excellent communication with gravitas and executive presence β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity
