📋 Description

• Own key mobile design projects end to end, from early concepts and ideation through implementation and post-launch iterations • Build systems, components, principles, and guidelines for the mobile experience • Apply iOS and Android platform conventions and native patterns • Prototype concepts in code using tools such as Claude Code • Partner with mobile engineers and cross-functional stakeholders • Represent the voice of mobile customers and advocate for platform-level nuance • Identify opportunities to improve delight and reduce friction • Give and seek feedback, participate in critiques, and raise the design team’s quality bar

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating depth, experience, and platform-specific judgment across iOS and Android applications • Exceptional craft and attention to detail across user experience, interface, interaction, and visual design • Strong point of view on mobile software quality, trends, best practices, and innovation • Track record of owning projects end to end with a high degree of autonomy • Deep knowledge and experience using Figma • Comfort prototyping in code when better than static mocks • Proven ability to partner closely with engineering and articulate design decisions • Ability to navigate technical constraints early • Demonstrated understanding of simplicity and customer experience • Nice to have: Motion design experience for mobile-native transitions and microinteractions • Nice to have: Experience designing for web/desktop applications • Nice to have: UX copywriting instincts
