📋 Description

• Provide leadership to the development team and mentor junior staff members • Collaborate with Scrum Master to plan and deliver sprint artifacts • Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects to align solutions with enterprise strategy • Develop, configure, code, and test programs of varying complexity • Ensure implementations are scalable, performant, and secure • Escalate delays, issues, and highlights to project managers and project leads

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years experience in software development, focusing on data warehousing, ETL, and data quality • Proficiency in ETL processes and major RDBMS (e.g. SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Oracle, Exadata, DB2, Teradata) • Experience with cloud tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Data Lake (ADLS), PySpark, Databricks Notebooks) • Experience with Lambda architectures, real-time and batch processing • CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, Git Repo) • Agile methodology (Scrum), Jira, Confluence, source code management • Knowledge of Stonebranch, BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau) • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Databricks Genie)
