📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and optimise the maintenance schedules for multiple WAGABOX® units to ensure maximum uptime and performance. • Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and third-party contractors for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair work. • Act as a central point of contact for operational scheduling, responding to alerts and alarms from our remote computerized supervision systems. • Liaise effectively with landfill site operators and energy utility partners to communicate planned operational activities and minimise disruption. • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all maintenance activities, operational events, and scheduling communications. • Assist in the generation of performance reports and analysis of operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company health, safety, and environmental standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations scheduling, dispatch, or technical coordination role, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or industrial engineering sectors. • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in using scheduling software and the Microsoft Office Suite. • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative in a remote environment. • A technical background or familiarity with remote monitoring systems (e.g., SCADA) would be a significant advantage. • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
