📋 Description

• Lead Qvest’s internal technology strategy and manage internal systems • Oversee development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of internal solutions • Help create and manage the annual technology budget • Develop and execute internal technology strategy aligned with business goals • Work with the Qvest Leadership team to identify and prioritize technology needs • Identify emerging trends and technologies • Oversee technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget • Manage and optimize technology infrastructure for security, reliability, and scalability • Manage risks, issues, and bugs while providing issue-status transparency and timely resolution • Work with the CFO and Leadership to develop and manage the annual technology budget • Ensure systems comply with regulations and industry standards • Maintain security of technology systems to protect company and client data • Report to senior leadership on technology strategy, project status, and performance metrics • Oversee a team of system owners and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in software development and IT infrastructure • 2+ years of experience in technology leadership roles • Proven track record developing technology strategies and delivering complex projects • Strong communication skills and executive presence • Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all organizational levels and functions • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices • Extensive experience managing large-scale data environments, including data storage, processing, and governance • Strong knowledge of data management frameworks • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience with data analytics tools • Proven track record developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies • Expertise in identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with security standards • Proven experience establishing rigorous quality control processes and tools • Expertise implementing testing protocols and ensuring adherence to industry standards • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
