📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to interpret requirements and develop innovative tools and analytics • Bridge business needs and technical solutions • Develop expertise in products, processes, technology, and data • Articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards • Create efficient and accurate SQL queries for reporting and analytics • Validate and test data to ensure accuracy and consistency • Follow development, quality assurance, and deployment standards • Document report logic, calculations, assumptions, and business rules • Collaborate with and support BI team members • Pursue continuous learning and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in an analytics-related role managing development of business intelligence, data models, and reporting tools • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and R/Python • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Kanban or Sprints • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving opportunities and priorities • Experience working with business leaders and users across operations, product, business strategy, finance, and data science • Strong attention to detail and systematic problem-solving approach • Good data intuition and ability to assess the reasonableness of analytical results • Strong project and process management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to derive key insights from ambiguous data sets • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed, results-driven environment
