📋 Description

• Manage the operational execution of AI automation initiatives and support project roadmaps • Analyze historical data and existing operational standards to design and drive process automation strategies • Measure and report the impact of automation initiatives using data to identify efficiencies and improve workflows • Partner with process improvement teams to support frontline adoption of automation solutions • Facilitate team-level training and automation enablement activities • Learn and leverage technical tools and platforms to acquire, analyze, and interpret data • Assess user feedback and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements • Translate AI strategy into tactical execution plans that drive process optimization • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned micro-use cases, supporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management • Strong understanding of operational metrics and reporting • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting tools • Working knowledge of operating systems, payer portals, and electronic health records (EHRs) • Strong presentation and communication skills • 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle back-end operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience
