📋 Description

• Develop financial pricing strategies through complex technical analysis • Prepare reports using benchmark data to analyze and forecast pricing simulation impacts • Perform revenue and budget variance analysis to monitor strategy performance • Analyze data to identify revenue trends, summarize financial reports, and prepare materials for discussion with finance teams • Gather and compile data systematically, document assumptions, and validate information accuracy to resolve inconsistencies • Collaborate with internal and external revenue integrity teams to accomplish project goals • Create and walk through executive presentations for client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• MS Excel knowledge required, including experience with VLookups and Pivot Tables • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail • Effective communication and presentation abilities • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field and 1–2 years of experience in an analyst role • Knowledge of revenue cycle, financials, payor contracts, or hospital reimbursement
