📋 Description

• Support day-to-day management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagements • Manage relationships with key client counterparts • Communicate revenue cycle performance and provide client executives with pertinent updates • Support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores • Oversee and manage billing staff performance to meet KPI metrics • Ensure adequate staffing levels and audit inventory processes • Collaborate with service teams across coding, billing, follow-up, denials, clinical denials, credit balance, cash posting, document management, and quality assurance • Develop action plans and handle client escalations • Maintain internal trackers with issue escalations as needed • Build, oversee, and analyze operational and client-facing reports • Provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational goals • Approve direct associates' expenses and timecards, including revisions • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client systems and payer portals • Ensure accurate documentation is available and used effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 2 years of experience • Ability to manage billing staff performance against KPI metrics • Ability to ensure adequate staffing levels and audit inventory processes • Experience collaborating across coding, billing, follow-up, denials, clinical denials, credit balance, cash posting, document management, and quality assurance • Ability to develop action plans and handle client escalations • Ability to build, oversee, and analyze operational and client-facing reports • Understanding of client systems and payer portals • Ability to manage administrative responsibilities, including approving expenses and timecards and maintaining accurate documentation
