📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity, quality, and velocity across facilities • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support new 3PL customer launches, facility startups, and operational scale-ups across North America • Establish, monitor, and refine standardized KPIs and leadership standard work aligned with strategic and financial goals • Mentor and coach site leaders, operational teams, and developing practitioners in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving • Partner directly with key external clients and site leaders • Embed Lean principles and optimize process workflows across the third-party logistics network

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL) • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and process redesign techniques • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred • Proven experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and direct customer-facing initiatives • Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements directly to business outcomes • 50–75% travel requirement • Remote Southern CA work location
