📋 Description

• Participate in an 18-month structured rotational program across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions • Support the operation and performance of automated systems • Build knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service functions • Partner with cross-functional teams and customers to drive safety, quality, productivity, and performance outcomes • Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective actions • Complete capstone projects contributing to operational excellence and customer success • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development • Transition into operations leadership opportunities across Customer Operations and related functions upon successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• Recent master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proactive and collaborative approach to work • Passion for technology, operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences • Flexibility to relocate and travel as needed during the program • Flexible working hours, overtime, and travel required • Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to motivate cross-functional or cross-facility teams • Up to 75% travel may be required • Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations • Ability to climb steep stairs and routinely navigate stairs • Ability to work near high railings and at heights up to 45 feet • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit • Ability to safely and efficiently lift items up to 50 lbs and move items up to 80 lbs • Ability to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours • Ability to work within restrictive areas of 24 inches • Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, crawling, balancing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, gripping, and repetitive movement using both hands and feet • Must comply with all safety requirements and protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection protocols
