📋 Description

• Coordinate with utilities and suppliers to verify contract terms, rates, and related information • Provide responsive, high-volume customer service regarding contracts, billing, and utility-related inquiries via email, phone, and internal team requests • Build and maintain internal and client-facing reporting tools while following established processes • Manage the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), from initiation through post-award follow-up, in support of the sales team • Analyze utility invoices, supplier invoices, and contracts to extract key data for procurement analysis, RFP preparation, and sales support • Review and extract information from large volumes of documentation, including hundreds of pages of invoices • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end contract assumption process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify discrepancies, analyze complex information, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable and flexible, with ability to adjust priorities and respond to changing business needs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in operations, the energy industry, the multifamily industry, or a similar field required • 2+ years of non-ERCOT retail energy experience strongly preferred • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
