📋 Description

• Lead a patient support and pharmaceutical reimbursement program focused on patient education for injectable medications • Provide day-to-day leadership for supervisors and associates • Design and implement operational workflows, training programs, and SOPs • Ensure compliance and quality standards • Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and drive accountability • Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and team development • Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and forecasting • Serve as a subject matter expert on injectable medications • Instruct patients on the safe and effective use of injectable therapies • Act as a clinical resource for associates handling patient questions and escalations • Train and coach staff on patient communication and education best practices • Monitor and report adverse events according to SOPs and regulatory requirements • Build and maintain client relationships and participate in client meetings and program reviews • Communicate program performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with strategic goals • Identify program issues and develop solutions for client and patient needs • Monitor program metrics and develop continuous improvement initiatives • Promote compliance, safety, and patient-centric care • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required • RN license strongly preferred • Experience with injectable medications (administration, patient training, or clinical education) required • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical operations setting • 4+ years of healthcare experience • HUB or pharmaceutical reimbursement experience is a plus but not required • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment • Strong customer/client management background • Ability to manage medium-size client programs independently and gauge relationship health • Ability to assist in presenting operations processes for business development and new client engagements • Exceptional project management skills • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks along parallel processes • Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills • Strong industry and business knowledge • Strategic thinking and long-term planning experience • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and grow talent • Organizational agility and ability to lead teams through change • Proficiency with computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Flexible schedule and hours • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
