📋 Description

• Analyze learning needs and design technical training solutions • Design and develop Initial Certification/License Training Programs for BWR, ABWR, and BWRX-300 technologies using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) • Maintain Operations Training KSA Analyses/Catalogues, Job & Task Analyses, Task-to-Training Matrices, curricula, evaluation strategies, delivery schedules, training materials, and evaluation instruments • Design and develop Continuing Training Programs for licensed and non-licensed operators • Provide instructional quality oversight of curricula and materials for licensed and non-licensed training programs • Represent GEH training in internal, customer, and regulatory venues • Support management and delivery of training programs and provide leadership for assigned programs • Lead or support training program reviews, evaluate training effectiveness, establish priorities, and drive continuous improvement • Develop and support corrective actions for identified improvement areas • Collaborate with training and business units to support Fleet Services enterprises • Perform special assignments and related activities assigned by the Training Manager/Leader • Advise management and contribute to strategy, policy, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality Training • Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within the discipline • Knowledge of nuclear power plant technologies, including BWR and PWR • Training program development and implementation experience under INPO and NRC regulatory frameworks • Experience with Initial and Requalification Certification Examination development, conduct, and grading • Experience delivering all phases of Operator Training, including GFES, Station Systems, and Simulator • Experience with Computer Based Training (CBT) implementation and multimedia training content • Experience using an LMS, training database, or Vision software • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to obtain authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
