📋 Description

• Support recurring financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across Operations and COGS • Own recurring month-end Operations and COGS reporting packages, including preparation, validation, and distribution • Develop reporting packages and perform variance analysis across material costs, manufacturing costs, site performance, product mix, and operations metrics • Partner with Accounting and Operations to investigate material variances and explain financial results • Develop commentary explaining performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods • Maintain reporting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring reporting processes • Maintain tools tracking productivity initiatives, realized savings, project timing, and forecast impacts • Validate assumptions and update financial impacts with project owners • Reconcile productivity results across project tracking, forecasts, and actual financial performance • Highlight risks, timing shifts, and gaps against productivity projects • Support reporting that improves visibility into the productivity pipeline • Support financial planning with analysis and insights improving COGS visibility and accuracy • Integrate operational projects into financial models and planning processes • Assist with forecasts for commodity costs, production performance, co-manufacturing expenses, and other COGS drivers • Prepare ad hoc analyses for operational decisions and financial reviews • Build relationships across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations • Support cost analysis for operational initiatives and business cases • Develop dashboards and analytical tools improving reporting accuracy, efficiency, and usability • Report to the Associate, Operations Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, or related quantitative field • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required • Advanced in Excel • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in financial modeling • Familiarity with Netsuite, BI, CRM and financial planning applications is a plus • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication and relationship management skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement • Experience with manufacturing or consumer products is a plus • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
