📋 Description

• Lead Revenue Cycle operational transitions and continuous improvement initiatives, owning and delivering timelines with high P&L implications • Execute and improve R1’s operating model for customer transitions • Develop internal strategy and the Onboarding team • Act as a change agent to establish common goals and alliances across hospital organizations • Partner with the Customer Executive team to align operational and financial objectives • Contribute to R1 strategy development as a thought leader and content expert • Share best practices, optimize performance, and lead transformative change • Serve as a thought leader for Customer CFO and Executive teams • Own executive decisions regarding daily operations of each customer transition • Develop, manage the performance of, and grow the team • Build and maintain a high-performing team while developing future leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 40% • At least 12 years of operational experience • At least 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management • At least 5 years of steadily advancing leadership roles • Proven track record of success in healthcare revenue cycle management • Experience driving complex change and helping counterparts through transitions to new processes, workflows, technologies, or situations • Strong project management discipline • Proficiency in Excel required • Experience with tools similar to Asana or MS Project is transferable
