📋 Description

• Lead a highly complex dedicated program or multiple highly complex projects from planning through execution • Review and understand business and technical program/project requirements • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate across internal and external functions to deliver within scope, budget, and schedule • Develop and document business processes • Evaluate processes and implement efficiency improvements • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and operating cadence, including MBRs and QBRs • Execute roadmaps, including deployment timelines • Manage programs, including compliance and contract management • Manage partner programs, training/certifications, spend or other commitments, and formal submissions/processes • Drive pipeline and deals across partners and Rackspace • Partner closely with Enterprise AI & GPUaaS leadership and alliance managers

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the field of the role • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role • Additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree requirement at the manager’s discretion • Project certification is a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) • Business analytics • Coaching/counseling • Defect management • Delivery management • Financial acumen • Jira Software skills • Leadership • Negotiation skills • People management • Presentation building • Public speaking • Process improvement • Project management • Risk assessment/management • Stakeholder management (external/internal) • Technical acumen
