📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of program managers • Drive execution of complex software product releases and strategic initiatives • Evolve the PMO operating model, methodologies, governance, tools, and standard work • Partner with Product Management and Engineering on portfolio planning, release management, capacity planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution • Enable Agile execution across cross-functional teams • Integrate Agile software development practices with QMS, design controls, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity, and compliance obligations • Drive portfolio visibility through metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of complex strategic programs • Identify systemic execution barriers and implement sustainable improvements • Facilitate resolution and escalation of complex issues, resource constraints, competing priorities, and dependencies • Champion Lean, Agile, SAFe, and continuous improvement principles • Advise senior leadership on portfolio health, execution risks, organizational constraints, and delivery improvements • Create transparency and alignment across the organization • Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Service, and Commercial functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent progressive experience • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, product development, or operational excellence • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and portfolios within a software, SaaS, or technology-driven organization • Experience within healthcare, medical device, or MedTech industry • Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), design controls, and regulatory requirements applicable to software product development • Experience leading software product development and release programs throughout the full product lifecycle • Strong experience operating within Agile development environments and applying Agile and SAFe principles • Experience leading organizational transformation to Agile and iterative delivery models • Ability to establish governance, operating rhythms, metrics, and execution frameworks • Ability to influence senior leaders and build stakeholder alignment in complex matrixed organizations • Strong executive communication, organizational change leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills • U.S. legal authorization to work • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
