📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Project 1, including scope, schedule, budget management, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and successful execution • Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for retiring SAP CRM by 2028 across Project 1 and Project 2 • Lead the design, implementation, and launch of customer self-service experiences for onboarding, account management, and lifecycle workflows • Incorporate customer journey insights, usability considerations, and adoption strategies into program decisions • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Information Technology • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams on SAP, Salesforce, integrations, customer master data, and modernization • Guide customer data migration planning, cutover activities, and change readiness • Drive governance through executive reporting, steering committee updates, RAID management, program metrics, and stakeholder communication • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, Developers, UX Designers, Testers, and Delivery Teams • Develop and execute change management strategies and customer communication plans to support adoption and transformation outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives from strategy through execution • Proven success delivering customer-facing digital products, customer portals, websites, self-service platforms, or similar external-facing solutions • Strong understanding of customer onboarding, account setup, user provisioning, customer lifecycle management, and digital customer journeys • Deep technical understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP ecosystems, particularly SAP CRM, SAP Customer Master Data, and Salesforce platforms • Experience leading modernization, platform replacement, or enterprise transformation programs involving data migration and cutover planning • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions • Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex dependencies within large programs • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred • Additional certifications in Agile delivery, Salesforce, SAP, or Change Management considered beneficial • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States • English essential
