📋 Description

• Lead program management across a portfolio of Alma projects, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through • Flex across Alma initiatives as priorities evolve and establish structure for new or ambiguous workstreams • Serve as a primary operational lead, driving progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations • Clarify priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams and teams • Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early with mitigation plans • Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other partners • Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs • Review and integrate cross-functional inputs so plans and materials reflect account and program context • Support readiness, change management, and adoption for internal and external stakeholders • Partner on reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments • Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms across Alma • Manage program priorities with clear plans, ownership, and follow-through • Surface and address risks and issues with practical mitigation plans • Improve visibility, accountability, and consistency without unnecessary overhead

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles • Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous or fast-changing environments • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority • Strong operational judgment and ability to balance competing priorities and constraints • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps • Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions • Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and build AI fluency relevant to the role
