📋 Description

• Demonstrate Radformation’s QuickCode automated billing QA software to prospective customers with the sales team • Evaluate clinical workflows and guide QuickCode configuration to improve efficiency • Drive customer adoption through implementation and training • Establish sustainable QuickCode workflows • Troubleshoot configuration, documentation, coding, and software issues independently or with the programming team • Check in proactively with current customers to gather feedback and share new features • Host webinars to answer clinic questions and highlight features • Test new software versions and provide clinical feedback for development and quality assurance • Develop training materials for clinics • Research new coding guidelines and stay current with updates • Mentor clinics in establishing efficient billing QA workflows and increasing standardization • Develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into billing-check improvements • Teach and improve workflow efficiency in radiation oncology clinics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding • Minimum 2 years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS • AMAC ROCC certified or equivalent • Strong critical thinking skills • Exceptional presentation skills • Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Mastery of coding and radiation oncology clinical workflow • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Customer service experience preferred • Five years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding preferred • Five years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS preferred
