📋 Description

• Process and track high-volume NSA workstream email inflow and dispute updates accurately and efficiently • Interpret complex arbitrator requests and provide clear, accurate responses and solutions • Apply NSA workstream knowledge to adapt to evolving payor and arbitrator behaviors • Monitor NSA principles, deadlines, claim status, eligibility, remits, and payor portal activity • Maintain accurate high-volume data entry • Support additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Collaborative team player with adaptability and willingness to take on challenges • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years in customer service, healthcare, or remote work environments • Radiology Partners participates in E-verify
