📋 Description

• Align with clients on key project milestones and maintain accountability to agreed timelines • Build and maintain detailed project plans across a concurrent portfolio of client engagements • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple work streams • Coordinate internal teams to remove obstacles and keep deliverables on track • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate formal weekly status updates to client and RainFocus stakeholders • Manage scope conversations directly with clients, including presenting and negotiating change orders when deliverables fall outside the original project scope • Ensure necessary training is provided to clients and partners to support effective adoption of new processes and technology

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with long implementation cycles • Experience in project managing software implementations • Proven experience in a client-facing project management role — you are comfortable owning the client relationship and having direct, sometimes difficult conversations about scope, timelines, and expectations • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements simultaneously • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Jira is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and consistent follow-through • Highly detail oriented with proven ability to document systems and processes
