It provides developer-focused APIs and white-labeled low-code components to enable card, ACH, Apple Pay, terminals, onboarding/KYC, fraud monitoring, PCI compliance, reporting, and next-day funding so platforms can process payments, retain customer relationships, and capture payments revenue without handling compliance and risk themselves.

📋 Description

• Write the annual Vertical SaaS Embedded Payments Benchmarking Study using analyzed data • Repurpose major content into articles, guides, interactive tools, social content, and campaigns • Identify and tell data-driven stories about embedded payments using company data, industry research, and platform feedback • Prepare presentations and talking points for executives speaking at company and industry events • Determine appropriate visual formats for findings and collaborate with the in-house Designer • Create interactive guides, tools, calculators, and diagnostics • Prepare presentations, discussion guides, and supporting content for webinars and events • Create content for referral partners in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships • Contribute to SEO content using established strategies, outlines, and briefs • Back up the Content & Communications Manager on social media, podcast production, email marketing, product launch content, and PR

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing at a high-growth startup • Embedded payments experience is a plus • Experience marketing a technical product to a smart, discerning audience • Marketing experience with software companies is ideal • Ability to read datasets, identify meaningful findings, and build narratives around them • Ability to select appropriate charts and communicate visual concepts to a designer • Strong long-form writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating them • Ability to write in an executive's voice and draft keynotes • Experience using AI to research, draft, and edit while recognizing its limitations • Fast, self-directed learning ability • Action-oriented approach to solving problems • Organizational ability to manage a months-long report alongside smaller deadlines • Familiarity with Claude Cowork and Google Workspace is a bonus • Must be able to work in the United States • Rainforest is unable to provide visa sponsorship
