Rainforest is an embedded payments provider (Rainforest Pay, Inc. ) that offers payfac-as-a-service optimized for vertical SaaS platforms. It provides developer-focused APIs and white-labeled low-code components to enable card, ACH, Apple Pay, terminals, onboarding/KYC, fraud monitoring, PCI compliance, reporting, and next-day funding so platforms can process payments, retain customer relationships, and capture payments revenue without handling compliance and risk themselves.

📋 Description

• Guide and manage platform clients through integration from initial setup, testing, and deployment through go-live • Advise clients on payment-processing best practices, margin and revenue optimization, and maximizing adoption rates • Partner with client platforms to understand business goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients' payments growth and success • Analyze client data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Advise on go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and messaging • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams • Monitor and report metrics related to client platform satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field • Preferably experience in the embedded payments industry • Strong understanding of Payment Facilitator models (or PayFac-as-a-service) for vertically-focused software platforms • Deep knowledge of credit card processing and ACH processing, as well as interchange and interchange drivers • Proven track record of helping to grow embedded payments • High customer EQ and desire to build strong internal and external relationships • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Data-focused, with ability to think creatively to overcome challenges • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be able and willing to travel to the Atlanta headquarters, industry events, and onsite customer visits a few trips per quarter • Rainforest is unable to provide visa sponsorship
