📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day managerial leadership to an aligned clinical implementation team • Conduct 1:1 meetings, career pathing, development opportunities, and performance management • Teach, coach, and upskill consultants on advanced consultative techniques • Oversee project assignments, active backlogs, team capacity, and target utilization rates • Partner with Product Management during Closed and Open Beta phases to evaluate feature readiness and align deployment timelines • Author internal consulting playbooks from Beta to General Availability • Establish post-implementation reviews to eliminate delivery friction and reduce Time-to-Value • Integrate modern AI tools to automate administrative tasks and scale consultancy output • Directly manage a selective portfolio of 1–2 strategic or early-adopter implementations • Develop internal training frameworks, documentation, and playbooks • Bridge Professional Services and Product Management to evaluate enhancements and software compliance standards • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and high-stakes implementation commitments • Oversee testing, training, and QA activities across implementations • Maintain an onboarding CSAT score of 95%+

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of formal people management or team lead experience • Proven track record of developing team culture, managing utilization, and coaching direct reports • 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects or implementation teams • Experience ideally within an ambulatory EMR/EHR space • Understanding of capacity management and resource allocation • Experience tracking Professional Services KPIs, including utilization, TTV, and CSAT • Experience building playbooks for software release lifecycles from Beta to GA • Strong knowledge of medical billing, scheduling, and clinical documentation software • Capability in adopting AI tools and digital workflow software • Active or past clinical degree (PT/OT/SLT) is a strong plus • Must be located in one of the designated U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
