📋 Description

• Run Legal’s intake for 10+ new requests every business day; triage and route requests to the right owner the same day • Process standard order forms, RFP administrative packages, and customer and vendor setup documents • Identify non-standard matters and escalate them to counsel • Own corporate insurance, including broker coordination, renewal timelines, and certificates of insurance within two business days • Run the corporate compliance calendar, including annual reports, entity good standing, registered agent, Data Privacy Framework recertification, SAM.gov, and GSA Schedule administration • Own the legal technology stack, including the legal tracker, Ironclad, and template library • Partner with the AI team to build intake rules, templates, and AI agents for order-form review, NDAs, and vendor review • Use GC AI, the Claude suite, Ironclad, and Coworker for first-pass legal checks and insurance requirement comparisons • Confirm accuracy before legal materials are sent externally • Maintain clean legal operating data and deliver an automated weekly leadership scorecard • Handle sensitive matters including HR investigations, litigation, M&A, and criminal justice data with complete discretion • Report to the Lead Corporate Counsel as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional • In-house experience at a SaaS or government-contracting company is a strong plus • Hands-on experience with a CLM or matter-management system (Ironclad or similar) • Experience owning certificates of insurance, corporate filings, and entity maintenance • Fluency with AI tools for drafting, review, and workflow • Built at least one automation or AI workflow; no-code tools count • Strong follow-through and ability to manage deadlines across a high-volume queue • Sound judgment about what is routine and what needs an attorney • Discretion with privileged and highly sensitive information, including criminal justice data and HR matters • Minimal to no travel required • SAM.gov, GSA Schedule, or public-sector RFP experience is nice to have, but not required • Paralegal or legal operations certification is nice to have, but not required
