📋 Description

• Full litigation responsibilities including review of correspondence • Review of files to determine whether they are suit appropriate • Review of answers, preparation of discovery, and preparation of dispositive motions • All aspects of conducting trial and appearing for hearings • Knowledgeable in post judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment • Familiar with state and federal consumer laws • Manage high-volume docket of civil litigation cases in the area of debt-collection through all phases of litigation from commencement through post-judgment actions

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree • Bar admission in Oklahoma • 2 to 4 years of experience as a general litigation attorney (preferred) • Experience in creditor’s rights litigation (preferred) • Experience in appellate court and/or Federal Court (preferred)
