📋 Description

• Prepare for hearings and trials • Provide attorney support • Update electronic files • Handle phone calls to and from Court staff • Assist with preparation of documents for hearings and trial folders • Assist with preparation of pleadings and correspondence • Process mail daily and update information in the firm’s file system • Scan, copy, print, and redact legal documents • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required • Prior experience with litigation from employment with a law firm or Court • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products required • Results-driven and customer-focused • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments • Strong attention to detail while producing high-quality work • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
