📋 Description

• Report to the Sr. Manager, Accounts Receivable • Manage an assigned portfolio of large-volume and strategic Property Management Company accounts • Work cross-departmentally to help clients maintain account status and reduce delinquent accounts • Prepare and analyze customer statements and aging reports • Contact customers for payment and offer payment options or reductions of past-due amounts • Respond to internal and external customer requests involving discrepancies, short payments, and payment inquiries • Research and resolve customer questions and disputes • Reconcile billing, cash application, corporate, property, and product-level issues • Organize and conduct customer meetings regarding delinquent accounts • Review customer accounts to determine resolutions for past-due invoices, credits, and on-account cash amounts • Interact with interdepartmental teams regarding outstanding balances • Prepare manual Consolidated Billing Files for individual customer requests • Identify billing issues, research root causes, and communicate with appropriate teams or create corrections • Serve as a subject matter expert for Accounts Receivable processes • Train or support newer AR Specialists as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of Accounts Receivable related experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred • 3+ years at RealPage preferred • Understanding of accounting principles • Advanced to Expert Excel skills with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups • Multi-software knowledge to work with different sources of data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism • Ability to work independently • Presentation skills to clients or sales/product teams • Ability to execute effectively against multiple time constraints • Ability to operate a personal computer • May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds
