📋 Description

• Resolve inbound patient inquiries related to billing in a multichannel Contact Center Environment • Perform accurate and timely insurance claims follow-up and accounts receivable resolution for assigned clinics • Manage complex payers, aged claims, and special accounts receivable projects • Follow government regulations, payer contracts, and insurance guidelines • Identify and report inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance revenue flow, decrease denials, and minimize write-offs • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA requirements • Adapt to changes in workflows, work volume, and work schedules • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a healthcare environment required, preferably in billing, front office administration or call center • Ability to read and understand insurance EOBs • Strong conflict resolution skills • Ability to multi-task while maintaining the highest-level of quality in every patient interaction • High School diploma or GED required • Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time • Fine finger coordination required for typing • Ability to speak clearly with team members so others can understand • Ability to hear and understand others when speaking • Ability to view computer screen monitor and small objects a few feet away
