📋 Description

• Provide customer service and account resolution to Brookdale customers and associates • Research and resolve billing errors, disputes, cash application, and other issues through regular customer account audits • Provide accurate billing information to customers and business partners while maintaining customer satisfaction • Resolve account inquiries and escalate unsettled discrepancies for timely resolution • Assist in training associates on Accounts Receivable policies, procedures, and company platform functionality • Identify potential customer account issues by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and queries • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a blended call center environment is required • Experience with a multi-channel product environment is preferred • Knowledge of general accounts receivable concepts and systems is required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, is required • Detail oriented, organized, and accurate • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must live within 2.5 hours of the greater Milwaukee area • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, and hear • None of the certifications, licenses, or other special requirements are required
