📋 Description

• Deliver RealPage SaaS solutions through strategic customer implementations • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to architect scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions • Manage and provide strategic guidance throughout full-lifecycle implementations • Understand customer business strategies and use cases across multiple workstreams • Create and deliver customized product implementations addressing customer needs • Define customer business requirements and current operational state • Develop change management strategies aligning current and future operational states • Track requirements achievement and adoption success • Build ongoing customer partnerships and trusted-advisor relationships • Connect business requirements with RealPage product capabilities • Formulate solution frameworks for successful implementations • Lead presales and implementation discovery discussions with key customer roles • Partner with Engagement Management on the broader implementation project plan • Plan and manage system design with internal delivery teams • Plan and establish go-live activities for solution integration, training, and ongoing support • Contribute to team and department initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge of the Multifamily industry • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and principles • Intermediate-level knowledge of FinTech products and integrations • Intermediate-level proficiency in consulting processes • Ability to engage and lead conversations with directors and/or regional-level contacts • Limited domestic travel, up to 35% • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, multitask, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of multiple projects • Ability to operate a personal computer • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, talk, or hear • May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds
