📋 Description

• Own assigned product initiatives across Access and IoT product offerings • Define product scope, customer impact, and business impact with Product leadership or peers • Create product requirements documents for engineering alignment • Work with ProductOps to launch and pilot initiatives • Translate operator and resident insights into well-scoped product requirements • Write PRDs consistent with RealPage standards to support development velocity and minimize rework • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA teams across a global organization to ship high-quality features on time • Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, retention, support deflection, and client satisfaction • Drive data-informed product iterations • Represent multifamily property managers, maintenance teams, and residents in internal stakeholder groups and leadership reviews • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams on go-to-market messaging and materials for stakeholder tiger teams • Support initiatives including a Chirp Access Control partner API, Smart Water improvements, and migration of legacy sites to an upgraded platform

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment • General knowledge of access control hardware and credential ecosystems, including BLE, NFC, RFID, MDU readers, and cloud-based access management platforms • Proven experience owning a product, major feature, or initiative end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and post-launch iteration • Customer discovery experience, including qualitative research through interviews and shadowing • Ability to translate research findings into product direction • Excellent documentation skills; experience authoring BRDs, PRDs, and product specifications • Ability to collaborate across Product and Engineering teams and with key stakeholders • Clear and persuasive communication skills, including presenting scope rationale and trade-off decisions to senior leadership • Analytical mindset; ability to define success metrics and use data to validate product decisions • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred • Experience in smart building, access control, IoT, or proptech, ideally in multifamily real estate, is preferred • Exposure to Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps or equivalent backlog management tools is preferred • Familiarity with AI tools and usability level between an AI Adaptor or AI Orchestrator is preferred
