📋 Description

• Partner with product managers, onboarding, and support teams to coordinate go-to-market activities, create training materials, and track feature adoption post-launch • Coordinate and lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams and oversee new integrations • Collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders, and surface patterns and themes to inform product decisions • Draft and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, release notes, and internal process guides • Monitor product performance dashboards, flag anomalies, and compile regular reports to help product managers track key metrics • Help manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication • Assist with quality assurance testing, document bugs and edge cases, and help define acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • 1+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail • Comfort working with data, including experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Curiosity about technology and a desire to understand how software products are built and used • Please note we are unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Legally authorized to work in the country for which applying • Successful completion of a background check • Bonus: exposure to SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary tech, or customer-facing roles
