📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities for financial and commercial solutions • Partner with clients to gather and translate business and financial requirements into system configurations • Configure and support financial systems, integrations, and product setups • Analyze financial workflows and reporting needs to ensure accurate system alignment • Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to execute implementations • Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle • Deliver client training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within financial workflows • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivery expectations • Contribute to team and departmental initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting • Intermediate knowledge of fintech products, systems, or integrations • Experience in financial operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related field • Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or system configurations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with clients.
