📋 Description

• Visit homeowners across the Indianapolis region to design and sell bathroom remodeling solutions • Conduct professional in-home design consultations using Re-Bath's sales system • Use proprietary software to help homeowners visualize bathroom designs • Close high-ticket home improvement projects ranging from $11,000 to $35,000+ • Build lasting trust and rapport with customers through professionalism and integrity • Serve as the face of Re-Bath in customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of in-home sales experience is a plus • Past success in bathroom remodeling or larger-ticket home improvements such as windows, roofing, or HVAC is a significant advantage • Goal-oriented high-achiever with a closers mindset • Comfortable using tablets and CRM tools for presentations and contracts • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
