📋 Description

• Drive new business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients who can benefit from Packaging Data Insights. • Optimize the sales funnel by performing market research to pinpoint key industries and high-value customers. • Generate qualified leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to expand client reach. • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their EPR needs and propose tailored solutions using the Data Insights platform. • Consultative sales skills for communicating key USPs in different customer scenarios. • Develop a deep understanding of the Data Insights Platform and its applications to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients. • Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of Data Insights, addressing clients' unique requirements and demonstrating how our solutions can add value to their operations. • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software. • Collaborate with clients on pricing and contractual agreements, utilizing strong negotiation skills to close deals. • Stay informed about industry EPA regulations, trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to material handling solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of business development, sales management, or sales experience. • Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, marketing, engineering, or law. • Strong consultation and negotiation skills with an understanding of contract terms and conditions, specifically liability and intellectual property. • Deep understanding of EPR packaging responsibilities in various jurisdictions in the US. • Ability to work with teams in various Reconomy companies. • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, Microsoft Dynamics preferred. • Ability to mentor junior members of team.
