📋 Description

• Serve as an RC Care System Operator by identifying, solving, and/or escalating specific case and user issues • Provide direct support to Red Cross Regions and DROs for specific case issues and overall case processing trends • Support resolution of IT tickets and RC Care Technical Exceptions • Consolidate and track RC Care user support, case processing, and client communications • Work independently and with Casework Transformation Operations staff to identify trends, project future volumes, make business decisions, and report issues to leadership • Develop and refine process documentation related to basic RC Care troubleshooting • Serve on-call rotations for overnight and weekend casework user support, approximately one week of every month • Support casework user support and the development of procedures, tools, and training • Ensure Red Cross workforce members can use the casework system of record as designed to support disaster-affected individuals and households

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Ability to work on a team • Ability to serve overnight and weekend on-call rotations, approximately one week of every month • Travel may be required up to 10% • Ability to understand specific needs or requirements and apply subject matter knowledge • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time • Ability to work in a small cubicle • Frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds • Required visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus ability to adjust focus
