📋 Description

• Collect, organize, validate, mine, and analyze data from primary and secondary sources • Develop and maintain routine reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Supply Management • Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and data-quality issues • Support procurement spend, sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, savings, budgets, risks, and operational analyses • Support database, data system, analytical process, and business intelligence tool maintenance • Troubleshoot coding errors and resolve routine data-related issues • Perform cost-benefit, variance, risk, spend, impact, feasibility, market research, and performance analyses • Support procurement data taxonomy, data models, cost models, data standards, and reporting processes • Prepare clear reports, visualizations, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries • Communicate findings and insights to Supply Management leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners • Report to the Director of Supply Management Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration or related field required • Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Python, SQL, and Excel • Ability to develop dashboards, analyze and transform data, and support repeatable analytical processes • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of data structures, databases, analytical methods, and data visualization principles • Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs • Ability to collaborate across functions and follow established requirements and methodologies • Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment • Daily appearance on video for meetings is required • Ability to travel up to 25%
