📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and implement creative strategies to attract, manage, and retain blood drive Sponsors and feeder groups • Schedule blood drives by assigned Sponsors to meet collection goals • Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts • Coordinate with collections personnel to ensure positive Sponsor and donor experiences and efficient operations • Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer Telerecruiters • Develop knowledge of the community, including its government, demographics, and organizations, and apply it to servicing Sponsor groups and expanding the blood program • Maintain accurate system records and provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance • Use organizational tools, technology, and strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience • 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills preferred • Ability to effectively implement programs preferred • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively required • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills required • Current valid driver's license and good driving record required • May be required to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization • Sales experience preferred
