📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features with attention to performance, security, and scalability • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products • Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch • Review code and design documents and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks • Define standards that improve developer workflows and recommend best practices • Coach and mentor engineers to support their professional development • Continuously improve technical and non-technical abilities

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of software development experience in one or more front-end-focused programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6 • Experience with front-end web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular • Experience with CSS • Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and Thrift basics is a plus • Ability to design and implement maintainable APIs • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial design to deployment and maintenance • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Entrepreneurial spirit; self-directed, innovative, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and failure
