📋 Description

• Drive the development of GenAI-powered recommendations for feed relevance • Shape core feed-ranking architectures and enable personalization for tens of millions of users • Deliver technical initiatives with significant company-wide impact • Set technical direction for Relevance and Feeds teams and influence strategy across multiple organizations • Work with management on goal setting, planning, and de-risking critical projects • Mentor and grow Senior and Staff engineers • Create a strong, healthy engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience building systems for relevance-driven products • Subject matter expertise in relevance, recommendation, and machine learning systems • Ability to solve complex problems in relevance, recommendation, and ML systems • Deep understanding of building sustainable software systems at large-scale engineering organizations • Experience influencing organizations on technical direction and best practices • Experience collaborating with design, product, business, and data teams • Strong focus on user experience, usability, scalability, reliability, and quality • Deep intuition for how people and machines interact with software at scale • High empathy and excellent communication skills • Ability to find compromise across the entire engineering organization
