📋 Description

• Guide and deliver Red Hat Services within the intelligence community space • Collaborate with assigned sales teams, partners, and customers to promote, scope, and develop services opportunities • Manage revenue, bookings, and margin targets across assigned accounts, territories, or subregions • Grow the assigned territory through internal business partnerships, alliance programs, and partner programs • Meet year-over-year growth targets • Provide weekly revenue and booking forecasts • Own escalation procedures and bring issues to resolution • Develop and implement applicable services contracts • Negotiate and provide input on teaming agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and OCI documents • Provide sales and scoping support to customers to increase Red Hat Consulting revenue • Attend or host customer meetings and events • Develop customer roadmaps to grow Red Hat Services presence • Build account-level and broader partner relationships • Contribute to interviewing and subcontractor screening • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management Office teams on hiring needs and events • Work with senior manager, director, and vice president levels on capacity and hiring plans

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-focused intelligence community field services sales and delivery experience • Experience with sales cycles and presenting services approaches to sales teams and public sector customers • Experience presenting to and managing executive customer relationships • Record of successfully overseeing and managing multiple accounts, including services sales cycles • Understanding of Red Hat offerings and solutions • Experience managing large and complex teams, including clearance processes and requirements • Expert-level presentation skills demonstrated through conference or customer-meeting presentations • Experience with cross-functional collaboration within a software company or equivalent • Experience with people management responsibilities • Experience managing large customer programs, solutions, or territories • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
