📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource supporting Microsoft-focused sales opportunities • Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational challenges • Design and present Microsoft-based solutions aligned to customer needs and industry best practices • Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, statements of work, and supporting documentation • Deliver executive briefings, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, partner organizations, and internal practice leaders to develop and position solutions • Support responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other customer procurement activities • Assist customers in developing cloud adoption, security modernization, workplace transformation, and AI strategies • Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft's solution portfolio, licensing programs, and strategic initiatives • Partner with delivery and services organizations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation • Represent Red River at customer events, conferences, partner engagements, and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related customer-facing roles • Experience designing, presenting, and positioning Microsoft-based solutions within enterprise environments • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies • Expertise and solution-selling experience in one or more of: Azure Cloud, Infrastructure, and Modernization; Microsoft 365 and Modern Work Solutions; Microsoft Security and Compliance; Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions; Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI Technologies • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders • Experience developing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer-facing deliverables • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to travel as needed to support customer and partner engagements • Experience supporting Commercial, Federal, Department of Defense, State & Local Government, or highly regulated commercial customers preferred • Understanding of managed services and recurring revenue business models preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and commercial agreements preferred • Experience working with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystems preferred • Microsoft certifications preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Cybersecurity Architect Expert; Azure Administrator Associate; Security Operations Analyst Associate; Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Power Platform Solution Architect Expert • Travel may be up to 50% depending upon work location • U.S. Citizenship Required
